About the Egg:

The egg is used, and appears newly upholstered in natural-colored vacona aniline leather and fitted with new foam. The chair has a hard shell and no defects. The frame has been plastered and refurbished, however, they can still appear with a few age-related traces of wear. The egg chair is original and is produced and stamped from Fritz Hansen. The upholstery is made according to original methods in the form of wave hand sewing.

About Vacona leather:

Vacona aniline leather is of very high quality and is chrome tanned. This means that over time the leather will have a beautiful and natural patina, but is a little more durable than natural leather, which has no protection. All marks on this leather are visible, which may contain stretch marks and other natural marks from the animal. Stretch marks, insect bites and other natural marks can occur due to the fact that leather is a natural product.
