Christian Holmsted Olesen "Wegner - Just One Good Chair" Photo book, about one of the world's most productive designers, Hans J. Wegner (1914-2007). To celebrate the day Wegner would have turned 100 in 2004, this book was published in Danish, English and German. Designmuseum Danmark showed the exhibition "WEGNER - just one good chair" to celebrate Wegner's 100th anniversary, and the museum's exhibition and collection manager, Christian Holmsted Olesen has written the book using interviews, written sources, films, sketches, drawings and original photos from Wegner's design studio. With this book you get insight into the development of Wegner's work and the most important currents in Danish and foreign furniture design from the 1930s to today.
