This is how the Swan is reupholstered: - When you order a reupholstery, we make sure to contact you as soon as possible regarding delivery / collection. We offer free pick-up on the ground floor in Denmark - When we get your Swan home, we check the quality to make sure it is suitable for upholstery. This involves checking whether the chairs have a hard back, and that they do not have other defects that can affect the upholstery. - The Swan is fitted with new foam and upholstered with the selected leather, according to exactly the same methods as at Fritz Hansen, with hand sewing. - When your Swan is finished, we will contact you regarding delivery. We provide a 2-year guarantee on our upholstery.
